Best Scar Treatment for Dog Bites on Leg?

Hi. I have scars all over my legs from dog bites. These are old scars, and I tried scarguard and it did not work. Is there an oil or treatment that I can use? Here are some pictures of the scars and can they heal in six month time?

Leg scars

Looks like your scars are relatively flat and you just have hyperpigmentation. If this is the case, a surgical scar revision is not going to help. You might benefit from a laser treatment or a bleaching agent. I would suggest seeing a dermatologist who specializes in lasers and/or scars. Good luck!
