How Can I get Rid of Scar Tissue from Rhinoplasty?

I'm three weeks post op, and I've noticed a small lump of what appears to be scar tissue on my incision near the opening of each of my nostrils. They developed about a week ago. Will they be disappearing any time soon? Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?

Lump on incision

Without an exam I am not sure what this lump represents. The best person to ask is your surgeon. Good Luck.
