I remember having skin irritations when i was 11 yo. As a result I have these dark spots all over my legs...way darker than my complexion. They vary in size...most of them are flat brownish and there are some in bigger sizes and shiny appearance. The last time I wore shorts and skirts in public was when i was 12 yo. I am now 26 and I often get jealous of my friends who get to flaunt their legs. help?
