Can Scar Revision or Lasers Help a Dormant Scleroderma Scar?

I have a large dormant scleroderma morphea scar on my back which is hyperpigmented dark and uneven. It has been there for 15 years. Is there any scar revision, creams, laser treatments, or surgery which is appropriate for such a scar? The goal being to fade the scar and make it more even. The dermatologists I've seen have not been helpful in this area.
