Removing Acne Scars on Nose Wings

Is it different or more/less complex than removing scars on other face areas like nose and eyebrows? Also, I do suffer from acne conglobata but I’m on accutane. Scars are relatively deep, at least some of it. I would like to ask what procedure (combination of procedures) suits best for me and by how much percentage I can make it less visible (photo is attached). Few additional questions: I can't take any actions to remove scars unless I will overcome acne conglobata, right?
