Treatment for Pock Mark Scars on Lower Legs?

I have a lot of pock looking scars on my legs from picking when I was younger. It is very embarrassing and I can not wear shorts or skirts, etc. They don't have color but they are noticeable. Is there a way to get rid of them? A filler of sorts?

Fraxel Repair laser may help pockmarks of legs

Your problem unfortunately is a difficult one to treat, but I would consider a series of Fraxel laser treatments to help soften the collagen and blur the edges. For the indentations, a filler might help temporarily to raise the base of the scar; this is easier to do after laser treatments have softened the scar.
