I have two scars on my right leg that I want removed about 1" diameter each. The scars were dignaosed as necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum about 2 years ago and I was given a topical cortisone cream that didnt work and then just tried the steriod prednisone which also didnt help.

I am type 1 diabetic in good control and have been thinking about surgery removal. Any help or suggestions are REALLY APPRECIATED!!! I would rather have a clean scar than these ugly red lesions!
