Possible to remove old dog bite scar?
Of course. Usually it is best to allow time for a scar to mature and soften before a scar revision is considered. All scars are unique in size, depth and location. These factors determine the type of treatment necessary. Sometimes dermabrasion or laser can due the trick. Other times surgical excision/revision is needed. And in extreme cases, tissue expansion or skin grafting is needed.
