How to Get Rid of Bug Bite and Chicken Pox Scars on Legs?

I have scars on my legs from bug bites and chicken pox from when I was young. Are there any creams to get rid of the scars or any make up I can buy? I would like for them to be gone for good. Is there any hope for me?
