I had three fraxel treatments and my scars are too reddish and rough. some times skin looks good and smooth but suddenly it again changes to reddish and rough. I am getting depressed that even fraxel could not help me.

Fraxel and scars
Fraxel creates long term smoothness but for a while after treatment there is elimination through the epidermis of skin the dead spots od dermis. This creates a sandpaper feel often but it tends to be temporary. The redness is temporary but can be treated with V-beam laser and IPL
