I Have a Scar on my Cheek After a Total Fx Treatment, Will It Go Away? (photo)

I had pretty good skin before the total FX still to early to tell if it helped around my eyes and overall tightening. But I have a noticed a 1inch gouge in my cheek that was not there before the procedure. Will this go away or will I need to have work done to it?
