How Much Do I Save by Having Multiple Procedures?

I am figuring out my budget/time to plan a breast augmentation (quoted $4800), medial thigh lift (?), and abdominoplasty (quoted $5-8K). How much are typical anesthesia and facility fees? Also, does severity matter? I would only need a mini tuck as I have very little extra skin, same goes for my thighs. I am not looking for lipo, or anything other than having this small amount of excess skin fixed in both areas. The skin part on the thigh has very deep stretch marks, but again, the area is small.
