I finished my Invisalign treatment one month ago and my orthodontist advised me to just wear my retainers at night, which I have been doing. But every now and then my top right tooth hits my bottom right tooth when I am speaking and it really bothers me and I'm afraid of chipping a tooth. I had been doing Invisalign for a year and I finished the treatment, but what can I do to stop my teeth from hitting while I talk?
