Is there any thing I can do or take to stop my cheeks feeling so hot? I am on antibiotics and I am using arnica and ice. (photo)

I'm terribly sorry to have missed you in real time so I probably cannot help with your question, but I felt that it was an important question to answer.
Swelling, a sensation of "heat" and redness is completely normal after injections, with the most significant swelling/redness/heat occurring within the first 72 hours and gradually improving with each passing day. For most people, complete resolution occurs by 7-10 days, but there are some where it can persist for up to 30 days. This is NORMAL and nothing to be alarmed about. I tend to recommend oral Arnica [or sublingual], bromelian [for people to tend to bruise] and judicious icing of the injected area 2-3 times per day for the first 3-4 days. This generally allows the area to settle down quickly. 
I don't routinely give antibiotics, because what I have described above is NOT an infection and taking them is both unnecessary and may lead to other issues. 
When redness, a sensation of heat or "thickness" develops after this time, then you will need to have that checked out.
