An unusual problem and one that's not easy to fix. I think your ears aren't that bad and trying to change them runs a risk of making them look wired. At least now they look natural. I wouldn't operate on them. Sorry.

Can pointed ears be fixed?
The ears can certainly be rounded out without much intervention. This may cost $3000 or so.

Otoplasty for pointed ears.
Otoplasty for pointed ears can be done to create a more rounded natural ear. I would need to examine the ears to determine the cost.
