I'm 5 months post op. Do my nipples seem too low? (Photo)

I got these 5 months ago and my doctor told me to wait a year for them to settle completely and I have noticed a big difference but the lower breast has the least amount of change. They're 400 high profile saline. I thought they would've been bigger but I was an A to begin with and I would like to go back and get about 550 but struggling with if I should just be happy with what I have now.
