Or do I have to go to a general surgeon for my lumpectomy and then get implants later? The lump is pulling my nipple inside of my breast. It looks like the nipple retraction in this picture. Thank you in advance for any advice.

An ADM is used with many applications in plastic surgery but it is most important with breast cancer reconstruction. It allows better soft tissue healing and defines the lower crease.
