I got my saline moderate plus implants June 28th 2011. I gave the Doctor pictures of other girls that I had found on a plastic surgery web site. I told him that I wanted a Full and large look. That I wanted to be a Full D or small DD. I look like I"m getting smaller and smaller with each day. I know I still have some dropping to do, but please tell me do they get bigger once you have dropped all the way?

Size of Breast Implants after Settling

Thank you for your question. You are still healing. With the settling of the breast implants the shape may change.... some patients notice a difference in size. I would recommend that you allow for full healing and keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon. If you decide after things have fully healed that you would like to go larger, you can proceed with revisionary breast surgery.

Breast implants

Sorry your breast implants will not get bigger as they drop down. In most women they will seem smaller as the implants drop down even though they have not changed in size. From your question it appears that this is what you have experienced and is to be expected.

As the implants drop into the pocket they will appear smaller. Sorry. Best to allow full healing than you may wish an increase in size.

Implant look afte a few months

Implants do not look larger when they "drop." In fact overtime, they may appear slightly smaller because of swelling.

Implants don't get larger

The size you are a month after surgery is pretty close to the size you will remain. What will change is the shape. The superior bulging will tend to diminish. Size dissatisfaction after implant surgery is the most common complaint. Your surgeon likely put in as big an implant as he/she felt your frame could handle safely and with the best predictable outcome.
