Have deep all over facial pitting like orange peel, extremely enlarged pores, broken capillaries, numerous comedones, in addition to photodamage and premature aging due to having used topical steriods, tretinoin and oral antibiotics for acne for nearly two decades and rarely using sunscreen (told I didn't need it!). Recommended course of salicylic peels then TCA peel. Any certified DERMATOLOGISTS in London UK who anyone would recommend? Sorry no pic don't want to show my face to the whole world.
