What is Best and Safest for Skin Tightening and Acne Scarring?

What is the best laser tightening treatment for a person age 25 with a thin face who just needs a little lift? I would also love to get rid of some acne scarring. I don't want to lose any fat in my face, so I am looking for what would be the safest. People seem to feel Fraxel has made things worse.
