I had a breast reduction 20 yrs ago and went from a DD to D cup. One year ago, I had a 2nd "reduction" surgery, and although I was clear that I wanted a B cup, the surgeon did not decrease my size at all, just a lift. So now I am still a D cup and although my breasts are nicely shaped and symmetrical, I am not happy with the size. Is it safe to attempt a third reduction? My first surgery was lollipop; second was anchor. By the way, I have VERY dense breast tissue.
