Ask a QuestionIs It Safe to Start a Protein Diet This Soon?
I am currently in the process of seeing different specialist in order to get the clearance for the surgery. Once that is done, my surgeon will submit the necessary paperwork to my insurance for approval. I was told that if all goes well, I might have the surgery in February 2013. Is it to soon to start a protein diet? If not too soon, which do you recommend? I weigh 351 and want to lose as much as possible in order to get the best weightless results.
