Physical Activity after breast implants

All vigorous physical activity should be restricted for 2 weeks following breast implant surgery. After that a common sense approach should be used, if it hurts, stop the activity. It will be about 4-6 weeks before you will be able to resume full activity. This does vary from patient to patient and you should check with your PS for activity restrictions.

Breast implants and sexual activity

Yes it is possible to have sexual activity after breast augmentation surgery. I would suggest using common sense guidelines such as: avoiding direct pressure or significant manipulation of the implants for the 1st 3 weeks.

Is It Safe to Have Sexual Intercourse After Getting Implants? It depends on when, where, and how? I recommend waiting about 2 weeks for gentle "on top" sex and logner for more physically active with more active (common sense precautions) after 6 weeks.

I would avoid exertional acitivity for 3-4 weeks related to sex and limit manipulation of the implants with regards to sexual acitivities.
