Garment after fat transfer
Yes, you may wear a compression garment after fat transfer as a little even gentle compression will reduce swelling and bruising and help shape the area while healing. Isolated pressure by sitting on the area or while doing certain activities or exercises may displace or even cause fat loss. Your doctor will give you the best advice in his experience.

Avoid Pressure on Buttock Area After Fat Transfer
It is ok to use a compression garment for the areas that the fat was harvested from, but you want to avoid any pressure on the buttock area as much as possible. This includes sitting, laying on your back, etc. The more pressure, the more it will try and displace that fat and not allow it to revascularize in the deisred area. I usually ask my patients to take precautions for at least two weeks. I hope this helps.
