There is no problem in taking Ampicillin while you are on Accutane.
The Tetracyclines, including Minocycline and Doxycycline should be assiduously avoided since these drug, like Accutane, increase intracerebral pressure.
The combination could have a synergistic effect, and lead to dangerous brain swelling.
