Saddlebag Bulges Returning 5 Weeks After Slim Lipo. Will They Go Away?

I had slimlipo 5wks ago. At first, the results were great! But as the weeks progress, the areas I want gone, are turning back into the ugly bulges that were there before. Protruding out. Have been wearing my compression garment 24/7 as well. My Dr says to wait now to see what the laser does in the healing process. The areas are still numb but he said my swelling was gone. Will I see these areas shrink back down? Or have to get more fat taken out? And would massage help? He suggested that.
