As several of the doctors before me have said, your lips show very good definition and shape. On profile, the upper lip does not appear to be as well visualized as we see on front view. Also, the upper lip is somewhat paler than the lower lip, making it a little more ill-defined. Generally speaking, the upper lip should be slightly forward of the lower lip and have a height equal to or slightly less than the lower lip. You can improve the fullness by hyaluronic acid or fat injections. And the slight lack of definition can be improved with lipstick. I would avoid permanent make-up.
