Right after, I had tight neckline no issues. Then Developed adhesion and lots of swelling under jowl areas. lots of massage and u/s to loosen it, as it limited neck movement.Can now see soft protruding vertical lines in neck. I think skin stuck to edges of platysma muscle, pulling it down, because from the side i don't see sagging. Is it possible removing the thick scartissue at top and seperating skin off platysma will allow it to relax to normal position again so won't see lines vs. necklift?
