I'm 3 weeks after open rhinoplasty and over the past few days noticed an indent on the right side of my nose tip. Overall I'm satisfied with the outcome of my nose but I'm really worried about this indent. I slightly massage it as the doctor reccomended. What it could be? May this be caused by retraction or unnecessary resection of nasal cartilage? Will I need repeated operation? Can massage help in this matter? thanks in advance!
