Can Rosehip Oil Offer the Same Anti-aging Benefits That Retin-A Provides?

I have read that Retin-A is made from rosehip oil, but has the addition of other synthetic ingredients including parabens. I would prefer a more natural product, but one that offers anti aging benefits

Tretinoin has been studied and clinically proven to improve the signs of photoaging (irregular pigmentation, fine lines, etc.). It has undergone the rigorous testing to prove it to be safe and effective and received FDA approval. It is unparalleled in its benefits to improve the skin.
