I have had mild Rosacea for 11 years. Now I have patches of thickish looking skin on my nose and nostrils. Can this be the start of Rhinophyma? If it is, what treatment do you recommend. Should you suggest CO2 laser, which I understand is the best one to use, are there any nasty after affects or scarring with regard to my condition? Will it be able to prevent this condition from spreading further, or recurring? I am female.
