I think your weight loss goal would make the surgery safer and the results better.

Ideally, you would be around 190, but not everyone can achieve their goal weight before having contour surgery. I have performed many procedures on patients above their ideal weight with marked improvement in shape and contour. As far as exercising to remove the back fat, there is no specific exercise you can do to target that area. Spot reduction is a myth. When you lose weight, all your fat cells get a little smaller; granted, some change more than others. Improving your diet and doing interval training are some of the best ways to lose fat.
Your current weight and height gives you a BMI of 37.3. If your lose weight down to 190 your BMI would be 30.7. This would be acceptable to have body contouring surgery. If you have excess and skin/fat beneath your bra then liposuction is a consideration. Discuss this at your exam with your PS. Best Wishes.
