On Roaccutane and Have a Minor Eye Surgery.

Hi, I'm currently taking 40mg of roaccutane for 2 weeks now. My ophthalmic surgeon booked me for a squint procedure (R lateral rectus recession and infra-place R medial rectus advance & supra-place)in 2 months time. I am just concerned of some risks such as delays wound healing and if i stop taking roaccutane what will happen to my pimples. I currently getting severe flare up. Thanks.
