Accutane is a black label medication meaning you CANNOT take it while pregnant. It affects the fetus. If you are three weeks pregnant and have been taking 40mg a day, that's a significant amount of Accutane that's been affecting the fetus's development. When you take Accutane you need to be on 2 forms of birth control. Speak to your physician, but terminating the pregnancy is unfortunately best.
