Do I Need To Wait To Take Roaccutane After Rhinoplasty?

I just had a closed rhinoplasty surgery 10 days ago & asked my surgeon when I could begin with Roaccutane treatment. He said 2 weeks post OP. I also asked 2 dermatologists who both said I didn't have to wait at all. My surgeon is the best nose specialist in my country & very experienced! But I'm scared 2 weeks is not long enough. How long should I really wait? My dose would be 5mg every 2 day, and then go up to 10mg a day. I'm also afraid if I wait too long, I will get (more) serious acne scars!
