What Rights Do I Have if Rhinoplastery Has Not Gone Right?

Oct 2010 i had surgery to trim my nose down, reduce bulbus tip and lift end. 2011 i had revised surgery to level one side of nose and fill in dip at bridge of nose. my nose is still not right as tip is still very bulbus and is more obvious and has started to dip back down. what can i expect my surgeon to do and would i be within my rights to ask for either a full or partial refund? also, on the second operation i contracted Impetigo on my op wound
