I had breast augmentation and a lift done in March of this year (2010). I am very unhappy with my results. The breast that was suppose to have had the lift on it is droopier than before and is causing me neck problems now. I looked online and it seems that I have had a implant put in wrong where it sits to far out on the sides and it touches my arms. My nipples were fine before this surgery, and now they are enlarged and hang out of every bikini or bra! The doctor seems to think they are ok

Breast Implant Results Versus Expectations: We wish the two were always the same

Since I don't have any "before" photo for comparison, I can only guess what your breasts looked like before the surgery.  I would bet, though, that both of your breasts were a bit saggy, that you had very little fullness in the upper poles of your breasts, and that your breast skin was somewhat thin and stretched.  Given those assumptions, if you had appeared in my office requesting a breast augmentation, I would have recommended that you also had a full... more

Dissatisfied breast augmentation lift patient photos

My impression is that you had fairly large breasts that were pendulous to begin with but this is difficult without true preoperative photos. Your best results may be with a lift/reduction and implant removal.
