I had a rhino/septoplasty 3 years ago, and after the splints/packing were removed, I used the saline spray regularly for a few months, and after that I just gave it some time. The ENT doc did a great job, but my nose ended up with a slight "S" shape eventually. My left nostril is always fine, but my right one I can literally BARELY breathe through, ever. Is it possible/likely my septum is deviated again after everything settled from the rhinoplasty? Tried steroidal spray, no help.
