How Do I Get Rid of the Dark Spots on my Legs That Have Been There for 2 and a Half Years the Quicker Way? (photo)

my legs are occupied by dark spots since 2010, i tried usung bio oil and nothing happened, i also tried using oil lasante but it intead got my legs lighter complexion. i am going to be a brides maid at my friends wedding in june this year and we are going to dress short. how can this be possible to get rid of these ugly spots i am having? please prescribe something that i can use Doctor, i don't have enough time until the wedding. You can put eye conceler on each spot them make up.... But get make up artist help... Sally hanshon makes great make up for legs!!
