How to Get Rid of Sunken Eyes and Dark Circles on a Young Person?

I Am 15 years old and have sunken eyes and dark circles, and it really bothers me because i hate having this it makes me look older and i feel uglier. Ive heard this is caused by dehydration or not sufficient sleep but the thing here is that i drink enough water i at least consume 160 oz of water a day and i sleep 8 hours or more daily. So I Was Wondering what treatments there are for me or surgeries i can consider.
