How to Get Rid of Skin Ulcer?

Hi, from time to time my wife gets a skin ulcer in different places of her body. The problem is that it gets so big (about 1-1.2 inch) and after 1-3 days she starts having increased temperature and she stars having a fever. This lasts from 3-7 days until it bursts with massive amount of manure mixed with some blood. She has used creams like: Sulmycin with Celestan-V (Betamethasonvalerat and Gentamicinsulfat) and the black cream. Nothing has helped so far. Can anyone help, please? Thank you

Abscesses
Your wife may have recurrent abscesses. These need to be cultured and then she needs to be placed on an appropriate antibiotic by mouth. She may spread them to other body parts by scratching and getting the bacteria underneath her fingernails and transmitting it to other skin sites, or even move it around when using a towel to dry off.
