I am a 25-year-old female. I'm not sure what this problem is or how to fix it, or how much it would cost. I have had a slight extra crease in my left eye my whole life, but as I've gotten older it's become much more prominent, especially when I'm tired. If I open my eyes wide, it's not there and looks completely even. But looking straight on it looks like this. I can tell the left eye is bigger, so that might be part of it.
