How Can I Get Rid of Corns and Dead Skin? Nothing Seems to Work.

I have massive corns on all of my toes and dead skin on the bottom of my feet. I wear big enough shoes and tried stuff. I don't have money to get it surgically removed And my parents can't afford it either. Is there some way to get it off myself and fix the dead skin? I've tried so mucch stuff but the corns and skin are just REALLY tough. Pleaseeeee help me. I haven't worn sandals in 5years because ita so embarrasing "/ my boyfriend of 2 years STILL hasn't seen my feet. Its getting worse.!
