Is It Possible to Get Rid of Bags Under Eyes Using Zerona Cold Laser?

I've been reading about Zerona and cold laser treatments regarding body sculpting. Is there a way in which to apply this same type of treatment to the under eye in order to get rid of fat cells? Or is there repercussions of using such cold near eye to great of a risk?

Zerona treatment around the eyes

Zerona treatment has been approved by the FDA to help reduce circumferential subcutaneous fat around the waist, hips and thighs. Although it is a low intensity (cold) laser light treatment, the light is still powerful and could affect vision if viewed directly. Therefore, it should not be used around the eyes for eyelid bags.
