Rhinoplasty can change the shape and look of
your nose, whether that be to make it thinner, flatter, upturned or smaller
however it is unrealistic to pick a celebrities nose and expect it to be
transferred and created on your face. A plastic surgeon can achieve a certain
result but cannot guarantee that it will look exactly like that of a celebrity
or another person.

I would suggest that you book a consultation
with a plastic surgeon where you can discuss what options would best suit your
face and appearance for the look that you want to achieve.

African-American rhinoplasty for the wide nose and alae etc. you can have a narrower nose with a refined tip a narrower base. You could not have a nose as shown in your example since your skin appears to be thicker. This doesn't mean you cannot  have a more attractive and feminine nose.

To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. The goal of a rhinoplasty is to refine the nose that you are born with, by adding to, or subtracting from areas of your nose.  Thick nasal tip skin often makes it difficult to achieve a very chiseled look as it creates a thick "blanket" over the cartilage.  I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will examine your nose and present you all of the best options for achieving your goals.  Best wishes!
