Good Doctors for Botox for Jawline/bruxism in MA/CT/RI Area?

I have been diagnosed with pretty severe TMJ/bruxism. I wear a night guard but would like a more permanent solution as I often clench during the day without realizing it (recently got a root canal, that helped me realize!). Wouldn't mind softening my jawline as well. What type of doctor should I look for? I've read this is tricky area to inject so I want someone with lots of experience. Help!
