Can I Do Rhinoplasty+Double Eyelid Surgery if my Chest Have Lots of Keloids?

Im interested in doing Rhinoplasty+Double Eyelid Surgery & probably zygoma reduction. If my chest is prone to keloids, can i do the aforementioned surgerys? I do not want to have keloids on my face.
