Hello Doctors, well I'm asking my question on behalf of nostril reconstruction in the way I would like it.. I know that I can't get whatever I want but if I can physically form my nostrils that way can they fix it how I want it? Thanks alot!

No, this is an urban myth that through Rhinoplasty the nose can be shaped any way possible. There are definite limitation provided by the starting shape of your nose. It's better to go for the proper aesthetic shape for your nose with Rhinoplasty.

Changing Nostrils During Rhinoplasty Surgery

Within limits, nostril size can be changed as part of rhinoplasty surgery. Most often this change is done to decrease the width or the flare of the nostrils. The contour can be changed to correct a collapsed nostril. These are examples of what can be done, but it would be helpful if you describe what you want to do, or submit pictures.
