Rhinoplasty vs. wisdom tooth removal?

*dumb question alert* I have scheduled my Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty/Turbinate reduction for April. I'm now doing research on recovery. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last year. While I had heard horror stories about pain and swelling caused from wisdom teeth removal, I had NO pain whatsoever, and not even the slightest bit of swelling. All 4 teeth were impacted and under the gums. Is this a sign that I won't swell as much after nasal surgery? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part?
