hi i recently had a rhinoplasty about a year ago the results are fine but i wish he wouldnt have thinned out my nose as much as he did on one side. its not the bridge of my nose i like that part its the cartalige right under the bone by the nostroils. What is something I can do to acheive the look I want and make it look more plump?

Thank you for answering my question. I really appreciate your help. I am sorry I didnt mention that the surgeries were 5 years ago. Is it still possible to have kenalog, to thin the skin? Just some more information, the skin around the nose still swells up in the morning, after 5 years, is this from the scar tissue. Thanks again, Eva
